Charles Xu
Charles started his real estate investment journey in 2011 from investing in residential rental properties in California and in Georgia, and has expanded his investment portfolio to more than 1,000 units of multifamily assets. He is now dedicated to commercial real estate investment, focusing on investor education and relationship, asset management, and underwriting.
Originally from China, Charles came to the U.S. in 2008 for his MBA in Emory University Goizueta Business School with full merit-based scholarship. Since graduation in 2010, he has been working for major high-tech companies in Silicon Valley with leadership roles in product planning and operation. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and son.

Alekhya Mukherji
Alekhya has a diverse background spending time in India, Germany, Italy and UK over the years before coming to the US in 2015. He graduated from the Technical University in Munich, Germany with a BSc in Technology and Management oriented Business Studies in 2006 and has held finance and business analytics positions with increasing seniority within the consumer goods and tech industries, most recently in a Fortune 50 company.
Alekhya has been active in real estate since 2009. After moving to the US, he started investing in US real estate in 2017 and has since then scaled his investments over the last seven years. He currently owns properties in the US, across multiple states, and the UK. With his finance background he is focussed on underwriting and acquisitions.
He currently lives in Austin, TX with his wife and two young kids.
